The hotel offered stunning sunset views, though the rooms felt cramped and in need of updates, especially with hot water supply. The service was exceptional, with staff members going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The beach location was picturesque but affected by tides, providing easy access to other islands and duty-free venues. Dining options were varied, with a standout lobster omelette at breakfast. While the facilities were decent, improvements could be made for a more luxurious experience.
I had an amazing experience at the hotel! The sea view room was fantastic, huge with lovely wrap-around terraces that offered stunning views of both the beach and surrounding forest. The service from all the fabulous St Regis staff was top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, enhanced by luscious landscaping, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. The dining experience was very enjoyable, with a wide range of choices to satisfy every taste. The facilities were exceptional, providing everything needed for a relaxing and pampering vacation.
